About the Role
Work closely with the Deputy State Editor and newsroom leadership team to assign reporters and field operators to deliver daily and breaking multiplatform news coverage.
Reporting to the NSW News Editor, the role will also involve:

• Managing logistics for breaking news coverage to ensure that relevant newsgathering resources are deployed to meet editorial needs across multiple platforms.
• Anticipating state and national coverage needs across all platforms.
• Delivering engaging content using innovative storytelling techniques for NSW audiences across digital and broadcast platforms.
• Deliver multiplatform coverage plans for big or significant stories.
