An exciting opportunity has occurred for an Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Chermside Westfield.

As an Assistant Store Manager with Johnny Bigg you are responsible for providing a shopping environment where our team delivers excellence in customer service.

Job tasks and responsibilities:

The Assistant Store Manager will take ownership and assist in managing the store in order to achieve:

Outstanding customer service &
product knowledge with every single customer

Sales budgets and other nominated Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)

Responsibility for your team's recruitment, development and performance

Visual merchandising in your store

Minimize shrinkage and maximize the profit contribution of the store

This will be done whilst adhering to the companies trading policies and procedures.

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will also provide leadership to your team at all times.

Applicants need to have had proven sales and management experience in a previous retail role
