• In-house IT Lawyer role at an iconic global institutional investment manager - Support the corporate contracting function forIFM's corporate business with a focus on IT contracts as well asprivacy and data security - 3-8PQE Applicants invited
• Top Tier Client - Leading team looking for an IT Lawyer working with a diverse group of clients including government, FinTech, Commercial, IT and telecoms. Working across acquisition, licensing and/or supply of large-scale hardware, government procurement, data protection, privacy and cyber-security, government procurement and brand protection and digital rights management.
• In-house role at a logistics company with substantial;
  IT advisory elements. Role will pay up to 180K and will work alongside a very impressive General Counsel
• Mid-Tier Client-Due to growth, our national client is looking for an IP Lawyer to join its Melbourne office. You will have the chance to work on a range of intellectual property matters including providing brand strategy advice, managing trademark portfolios, drafting agreements, advising on copyright and confidential information protection and enforcement, and general IP advice and litigation. Clients include start-ups, SMEs and listed companies. Full-time and part-time (4 days) candidates will be considered.
• Our client is one of the pioneers of the NewLaw stream of firms championing more affordable and transparent legal services. They have a strong focus on workplace culture with a fun collaborative environment, including in-house massages, meditation sessions and year-round team activities complementing a work-life balance objective with no timesheets. The firm also offers regular secondment opportunities with clients. The team is now looking for a commercially savvy Lawyer with c4-7 years PQE to work directly with the founder with clients on various commercial, IP and consumer law matters. The role will have a focus on a range of commercial contracts, IP, supply chain and consumer-related projects/advice and assist in managing and feeding work through junior lawyers of the firm.
• Top Tier Client - Looking for a mid level lawyer to join leading TMT practice assisting clients on complex and strategic technology transactions, outsourcing deals, digital transformation projects, commercialisation of IP and privacy and data protection matters across Australia and Asia Pacific. You will have the chance to work with two leading Partners as well as the broader TMT team across a variety of local and cross border matters.
• Top Tier client - Band 1 TMT practice group looking for a high-calibre Associate or Senior Associate to join either the Melbourne or Sydney team. This is a fantastic role for somebody looking to work in a collaborative and high-performing team, solving challenging problems for a range of Australia's top companies, tech sector multinationals and high-growth enterprises. You will work side-by-side with clients across all sectors (including highly regulated sectors such as financial services, energy and health) as they invest in tech-led innovation while confronting the challenges of a constantly changing legal and regulatory landscape.
