- Support contract development, policy review, and IR procedures.
- Assist in enterprise agreement negotiations and advise on performance management.
- Deliver tailored training programs to leaders and the People &
Culture team.

Who We're Looking For
We're seeking an experienced Legal Counsel or Employee &
Industrial Relations expert with:
- Legal qualifications and a deep interest in Industrial Relations.
- Experience in highly unionised environments.
- Confidence in managing union interactions and resolving conflicts.
- Ability to transition between operational tasks and strategic initiatives.
