Infrastructure Service Delivery Manager

T Service Delivery Manager - Cloud and Managed Services.

We are seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to support some of our key accounts. Our ideal candidate would have a Systems Engineering background, thus providing a sound technical foundation to compliment a strong relationship building, service delivery and project management skillset.

The primary focus of this position is to deliver on promise to some of our premium NSW clients. You will:

• Manage the operational relationship for your clients including SLA's, change management, structured reporting, and continual improvement;
  
• Directly project manage any deployments, migrations or significant technology changes;
  
• Guide your clients' strategic technical roadmaps;
  
• Maintain and continually improve customer satisfaction;
  
• Demonstrated ability in developing, analyzing, and managing processes and resources;
  
• Ability to identify internal control weaknesses and operating inefficiencies and communicate this information to all levels of management, either verbally or through reporting measures.
• Highly organized and goal-oriented with excellent prioritization, planning, and time management skills;
  
• Ability to create a cohesive team environment and define a team structure which maximizes capacity and clearly identifies expectations.
• Strong project management skills including a record of initiating and delivering projects to time and cost
