The Job:

This is a newly created role;
you will have the opportunity to make your mark! We're looking for someone who loves tech, but understands people and can communicate with impact.

It is an exciting time to join as we will be implementing a new HR System Dayforce, solving problems like how we integrate to broader platforms to make our work easier allowing us to spend more time supporting our fantastic employees.

    C Team and our colleagues across the organisation.

Your Contribution:

  • Take a significant leadership role in the implementation of Dayforce, working with a broader P&
    C team, key stakeholdersand an external implementation partner.
  • Lead our Systems Administration Team, to manage and administer a HR System that meets and exceeds the needs of the business, through upgrades, troubleshooting, days to day administration etc
  • Drive process and system improvement and project initiatives including end to end systems performance, enhancements, and releases/ updates, to enhance and maximise functional capability that improves employee experience.
  • Establish and ensure support and adhere to system governance frameworks including segregation of duties.
  • Manage HRIS vendors and escalated Systems issues investigate root cause and resolve systems issues and errors reported, working collaboratively with key stakeholders. Oversee the triage to external support vendors for support and ensure appropriate and timely resolution of issues/requests.
  • Drive data integrity for reporting and analytics across the organisation in respect to our workforce, to lift data for the purpose of insights and decision making.
  • Generate and provide reports to the People and Culture team to support optimal use and work with P&
    C Lead Team to improve data for organisational decision making.
  • Working in partnership with P&
    C areas provide end-usertraining to the business on best practice.

About You
To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience:

  • Degree in an IT related qualification, HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent).
  • Significant experience in leading a team and working with HRIS systems to support compliance, drive efficiencies and optimise the employee experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of employee life cycle within a single or integrated HRIS. Experience in large scale systems and organisations highly regarded.
  • Experience providing system support including access administration, troubleshooting issues and implementing change requests and upgrades. And creating and develop system documentation such as system specifications, user manuals and test scripts.
  • Excellent understanding of HR processes including engagement, culture, onboarding, performance/development, talent, learning, rostering, and attendance etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a highly collaborative team environment.
  • Well-developed interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Customer centric approach to service delivery including excellent presentation skills.
  • Strong Time Management and Multi-tasking skills.
  • Expert Excel spreadsheet skills, that makes data relevant

  • You get a total remuneration package of $145,000 (this includes super at 11.5%)
  • Salary packaging is available up to $15,900 plus an entertainment card.
