This state-of-the-art site will produce advanced products, including high-speed connectors, cables, and optical devices.About the RoleWe are looking for an HR Officer to support HR operations at our Bac Giang site. This role ensures timely recruitment of qualified talent, manages HR administrative tasks, and helps maintain compliance with legal and company standards.Key ResponsibilitiesHR related tasksResponsible for onboarding processes, manage daily attendance tracking and prepare attendance reports.Handle social insurance documentation and ensure premium healthcare delivery for employees and dependents.Ensure compliance with company policies on 6S, Kaizen, EHS, RBA, and asset protection.Contribute to Molex TQM, Six Sigma, ISO, and other management systems by following approved procedures.Other tasks arranged by supervisor.Admin related tasksOversee office administration, dormitory management, temporary residence registration, expatriate documentation, travel arrangements, transportation, and visitor reception.Manage office supplies procurement, expense reimbursement, meal administration, facility maintenance, housekeeping, and utility payments.Coordinate with SYT and external vendors to ensure efficient workplace operations and employee services.Support employee engagement initiatives, company events, and internal communications programs.Perform other duties and special assignments as assigned by management.QualificationsEducation:Required: College degreePreferred: Degree in Administration, Human Resources, Languages, or TeachingExperience:HR or administrative experience preferred (fresh graduates with strong skills are welcome).Skills & AbilitiesStrong interpersonal and communication skillsGood organizational and planning abilitiesInitiative and creativity in problem-solvingPresentation and public speaking skillsAbility to work under pressure and handle urgent tasks effectivelyEnglish/Chinese communication🌟 Why Join UsModern, American-standard work environmentPBM culture that fosters collaboration and personal growthFull salary during probation24/7 occupational safety insurance from day onePremium health insurance after just 2 monthsMost Saturdays offShuttle service for convenient commutingGlobal career development through KOCH’s Talent Exchange ProgramAnnual summer tripCompetitive total compensation based on contribution, including:Base salary, allowances, overtime, 13th-month salary, performance & spot bonuses, and service awardsAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
