The Requirements
- 5+ Years proven track record of managing dealing desk for forex brokers
- Proven Experience with trading software/aggregation/bridge and similar technology systems
- Proven Experience with trading risk and risk modelling
- Proven experience in Dealing Desk and managing exposures
- Exceptional people leadership skills including driving change and developing culture
- An ability to measure the success
- Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to work collaboratively across all skills and departments
- Mandarin would be an advantage.
