Due to business expansion, this organisation is seeking to hire a dedicated sales professional to head up their Third Party Sales arm where you will be responsible for leading a team of Business Development Managers, nurture relationships with the key accounts and work closely with the CEO on strategic initiatives.
The Job .

Reporting through to the CEO, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Develop &
    implement strategic plans, sales strategies and initiatives to drive third-party sales and achieve targets.
  • Along with the dedicated BDM, manage relationships with key accounts/existing third-party partners to maximise opportunities.
  • Lead a team of Business Development Managers Australia wide responsible for generating revenue through third-party channels. Provide training, coaching, and professional development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills, knowledge, and effectiveness.
  • Staying informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
  • Monitoring and analysing sales performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales efforts and identify areas for improvement.

You

To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the below areas and possess the following personal qualities:

  • Minimum 4 years experience in leading a team of Business Development Managers across the third party channel.
  • Proven experience working within the asset finance sector.
  • A passion for strategy - developing strategy, executing strategy and communicating strategy across an organisation.
  • Articulate with the ability to communicate both internally &
    externally with a rangeof stakeholders.
  • An enthusiastic &
    supportive people leader.
