Head of Data Strategy Services and Insights

• Exciting opportunity for a data-driven individual to bring their technical expertise, leadership skills and strategic acumen to grow fundraising and philanthropy to the RMH
• Full Time ongoing role - salary up to $145,000 + five weeks annual leave and additional monthly paid day off

The Royal Melbourne Hospital Foundation works with donors and supporters to generate fundraising and philanthropy for the RMH. We are proud to partner with our generous community to help advance health for everyone, every day.

Your new role:

• Lead the gift processing and database operations for the RMH Foundation.
• Produce high quality reports and analysis to inform fundraising and philanthropy decision-making to achieve growth targets.
• Refine data management procedures and embed database user business rules.
• Analyse existing data infrastructure and make recommendations on how to integrate different sources of data to support the objectives of the Foundation.

About you:

• You are a highly experienced data professional with an understanding of fundraising.
• You have experience delivering training and providing support for database users of different skill levels.
• You can build relationships between cross-functional teams in a large, complex organisation.
• You are a great team player and an experienced manager.
