As Asahi Beverages' Australian alcohol business division, we are dedicated to driving growth, profitability, and market leadership in the dynamic beverage industry. We are seeking a strategic and visionary leader to join our team as the Head of Strategy - Carlton &
United Breweries. Reporting to the Group General Manager of Strategy &
Corporate Development, this role will be instrumental in shaping and executing the long-term growth agenda for our Carlton &
United Breweries (CUB) business division.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with CUB Leadership Team to develop 5-year strategic plan for business growth and competitive advantage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive market penetration, expand into new categories, and enhance revenue streams.
• Spearhead strategic business cases, analysing options to drive growth and profitability.
• Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends.
• Provide mentorship, fostering professional development within the team.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to gain support for strategic initiatives and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

About You:

• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in corporate strategy or management consulting.
• Strong working knowledge of FMCG or Beverage Industry.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful growth strategies that drive revenue and market share expansion.
• Curious and strategic mindset with the ability to think critically, anticipate market trends, and adapt to changing business environments.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable strategies.
• Results-oriented with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes and driving continuous improvement.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities.
