Reporting to Senior Vice President this is a pivotal role to make a mark in 2024!

Due to expansion across APJ region an opportunity exists for a dynamic Head of Sales to join this Global giant in supporting direct sales and customer management activities across ANZ REGION !

In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for spearheading sales efforts and driving revenue growth through strategic planning and effective leadership.
Reporting to Senior VP, you will:

• Lead and mentor a small team of temp &
  perm recruiters
• Sponsor allocated "
  High"
  growth National Accounts Sales and service activity with prospective and existing clients.
• Set and monitor individual productivity and sales targets.
• Utilize appropriate business tools and systems.
• Achieve increase in the sales revenue from clients.

You will have the following highly preferred skills:

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Demonstrated experience in a national sales capacity including experience in the development and implementation of Solution based sales in a competitive environment.
• Sound knowledge of staffing, recruiting, and consultancy processes and procedures.
• Extensive knowledge of the recruitment industry, coupled with a work history of performing/undertaking recruitment activities.
• Relationship development skills and experience in dealing with the senior management of client organisations.
• Research, plan, and forecast market trends applying analyzed data into effective business opportunities.
• Demonstrate strategic capability project management.
