It's an exciting time to be joining the cruise industry with our beautiful fleet sailing around the world with our guests. We are now strengthening our Maritime Operations team in our Ipswich Head Offices with a Head of Risk &
Safety.

Purpose of Role:

Maintain Safety Standards fleet wide delivering a comprehensive emergency response organisation on board and ashore.

Identifying safety needs and delivering solutions by way of systems / training.

Ensuring day to day safety standards are maintained and working closely with the on board teams to support their safety culture.

Ensuring that all aspects of marine safety and operational standards are implemented effectively, through facilitating, delivering and supporting improvements in policy, procedures and training in compliance with Regulatory, Port State, Flag State and Company standards.
