Take the reins for 6 months heading a corporate reward function in this reinvigorated and well-known Australian organisation.
What will I be doing?


Reporting into a very experienced GM Performance, Reward and Systems, take ownership of and be accountable for the delivery of critical remuneration processes, including annual fixed and variable rem review, as well as oversee a team of 4 delivering reward advisory, benchmarking and data submission services.

If you are keen for a senior reward management challenge to see you through until the end of 2023 and are a confident people manager who has been complemented time again on their leadership and influencing skills, then this is the interim role for you
What background do I need to come from?


As a seasoned reward leader with experience across all aspects of Comp and Bens operations and strategy, you have previous experience in Head of Reward or Senior Rem Manager roles in either listed or non-listed large corporate environments.


Well versed in all aspects of remuneration review management (fixed and variable), you can confidently manage a team of Specialists and Analysts through yearly calendar activities whilst balancing business adhoc requests and line manager relations.
