Head Of Quality & Risk - Health

Reporting into the Chief Risk Officer and working as part of the Quality, Safety and Risk team, the role of Head of Quality and Risk - Health you will be responsible for ensuring HammondCare services have a focus on the delivery of care whilst consistently striving for the improvement of quality care and safety .

This role also provides leadership and Partner with our services and ensure commitment of alignment with HammondCare philosophy and unique model of care and achieve the services goals and outcomes.

This role is offered on a Permanent Full-time basis and can be located at either Braeside Hospital in Prairiewoodor Greenwich &
Neringah Hospitals. It is the expectation that the successful applicant is able to travel between these sites and engage with relevant stakeholders.

Your key focuses will include

• Support Services in understanding the effectiveness of the operations of their services, alignment with the mission and mission in action and the ongoing trends
• Maintain relationships with the services that encourage management and staff to escalate concerns and a willingness to work with QSR on innovation and improvement.
• Maintain a customer service approach and engage stakeholder at every level
• Undertake investigations, reviews and Audits as Scheduled or triggered by changes in service delivery or as requested.
• Monitor and analyse Data, prepare and present reports and escalate concerns or sentinel events to the Chief Risk officer

To be successful in the role

you will need relevant health or care related tertiary qualification with experience and knowledge in either health and/or residential Aged Care quality management and accreditation standards and processes. You will also need:

• Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders via strong interpersonal and communication skills in complex multisite environments.
• Willingness to travel to various sites on a regular basis.
