Head Of Property Conveyancing

Position Overview:

As the Head Conveyancer, you will be at the forefront of all property transactions, ensuring legal compliance and providing exceptional service to clients. This role is instrumental in overseeing and facilitating all aspects of the conveyancing process, from conducting title searches to resolving any issues that may arise during settlements. Moreover, you will have the unique opportunity to own, develop, and grow the business, working closely with various departments and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough title searches and analyse results
• Draft and review legal documents, contracts, deeds, etc.
• Maintain open communication with clients, real estate agents, and stakeholders
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all legal paperwork
• Oversee settlement meetings and process
• Stay updated with property laws and regulations
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies during settlements
• Proactively prevent delays and ensure client satisfaction

About You:

• Bachelor's degree in law or related field
• Experience using PEXA
• Licensed Conveyancer with appropriate licensing
• Proven experience and successful track record in conveyancing
• Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
• Proficient in relevant software and tools
