Partnering (Maternity Contract)

As the Head of Performance and Partnering your role is to accelerate business performance through a range of people initiatives that drive a high-performance culture, whilst retaining and engaging companywide talent. Leading the Performance and Partnering team which compromises of a Remuneration &
Benefits Specialist, HRBusiness Partner Lead/s, and HR Advisor, you will coach and guide the team, focusing on performance, partnering, employee relations, remuneration and benefits, employee engagement and diversity and inclusion.

In addition, you will assist the Chief People Officer to assess people-related needs across the organisation and drive key people and culture strategic priorities.

Key Accountabilities include:

  • Lead the Performance and Partnering team, providing day to day guidance and partnering with the HR Advisor and HR Business Partner Lead/s on a range of P&
    C initiatives, includingcomplex ER, IR or disciplinary matters.
  • Lead and support transformational people activities, with input from the Chief People Officer, across the employee lifecycle. This includes collaborating with senior and executive leaders to design relevant people and culture initiatives in the areas of performance management and development, career frameworks, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion.
  • Oversee/lead the creation of P&
    C practices, policies, processes and systems to drive high performance across the business that are aligned with regulatory requirements, research and best practice.
  • Provide guidance to the Remuneration and Benefits Specialist to ensure that the organisation maintains competitive and fair remuneration frameworks which are aligned with the external market and JCDecaux's global budget.
  • Support the Chief People Officer in the development, implementation and evolution of the People Strategy, working closely with the CPO to embed a strategic and integrated approach across the business.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

You'll have demonstrated leadership experience gained in Human Resources as well as experience working effectively with Senior stakeholders within a Business Partnering function. Commercial acumen within a high-performance commercial environment is essential, as well as:

  • 8+ years of experience in Human Resources, coupled with a relevant tertiary qualification.
  • Expert knowledge of Human Resource organisational policies and practices.
  • Knowledge of current employment legislation and 'Employer of Choice' practices.
  • Solid knowledge of Remuneration &
    Benefits best practice.
  • Strategic business knowledge and understanding.
