As a standalone Head of People and Culture, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and nurturing company culture while supporting the growth and development of our clients diverse team.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives, attract top talent, and cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment. This role reports directly to the CEO and offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the success of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting in a leadership capacity with accountability for building the best team, with a deep understanding of what individual leadership and leadership development requires.
  • Develop, and implement proactive and effective P&
    C strategies.Lead all aspects of talent acquisition, including sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding top talent across various departments and levels.
  • Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development planning.
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create a workplace where all employees feel valued, respected, and empowered to succeed.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training and development needs and design programs to enhance employee skills and competencies
  • Manage employee relations issues in a fair and consistent manner, ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
  • Implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to maintain a positive and productive work environment
  • Monitor and analyse HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure effective implementation and administration of human resources systems, technology, and data analytics to support the business needs.


Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrable experience of building and executing P&
    C strategy.
  • Demonstrable experience of building a P&
    C function and introducing processes to scale and at scale.
  • Strategic HR management and expertise.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of best practice and principles.
  • Knowledge of HR related laws and regulations.
  • Strong business acumen with an understanding of financials.
