Brisbane Girls Grammar School is seeking to appoint its foundation Head of Junior School, to establish and lead the education of Years 5 and 6 students.

Commencing in early 2025 - ahead of the Junior School's opening in 2026 - this is a rare opportunity for an experienced, innovative and forward-thinking leader to contribute, tangibly and meaningfully, to the evolution of one of Australia's leading independent schools.

This role will shape the strategy and culture of the Junior School, design its educational approach, recruit the team, and provide inspiring leadership to students, families and staff. Reporting to the Principal and a member of the Senior Leadership Team, they will also be involved in the leadership of the broader School.
