What you will do:

- Oversee delivery execution in line with contracts and assignments.

- Manage Work Level Agreements.

- Handle customer escalations and participate as a delivery resource in designated areas.

- Build and steer result-oriented teams;
ensure business continuity and balanced scorecard management.

- Identify business risks;
plan and execute mitigation strategies.

- Implement our supply strategy and promote adherence within your unit.

- Collaborate with other Functional Areas in Ericsson Business Process;
