Are you looking for an opportunity to make your mark? Want to join a world leading business in automotive aftermarket accessories? As we continue to grow our presence both in Australia and globally, we are seeking an energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate individual to lead our eCommerce team (bonus points if you love everything automotive and 4WD)!

As our Head of eCommerce you will:

  • Shape our online persona:
    develop, implement and review your eCommerce strategy to drive sales, profitability and customer satisfaction
  • Analyse and Optimise:
    Identify key performance metrics, pitch solutions and seize opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate and Innovate:
    Work closely with Marketing and Online Content teams to continuously enhance our online offering
  • Lead and Develop:
    Cultivate the skills within your team to drive success and maximise potential

  • Education:
    A degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Leadership experience:
    Proven experience in leading successful teams with a passion for helping your team grow, develop.
  • Technical skills:
    Hands-on experience with eCommerce platforms and advanced analytical skills
