Role:

Our client is seeking a dynamic and visionary individual to join their team as the Head of DeFi Connectivity and Satellite Development. In this role, you will lead the development teams and implementation of strategies to enhance connectivity and expand their reach through technology within the decentralized finance space.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for integrating satellite technologist into our decentralized ecosystem.
Collaborate cross-functional teams to design and deploy satellite-based solutions that enhance network connectivity, scalability, and security.
Drive research and development initiatives to innovate new methods for leveraging satellite technology in decentralized finance applications.
Establish partnerships with satellite providers, technology vendors, and industry stakeholders to advance our satellite connectivity initiatives.
Lead a team of talented engineers and developers to execute on DeFi development projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
Stay abreast of emerging trends and developments in DeFi and blockchain to inform our strategic roadmap and maintain our competitive edge.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field;
  advanced degree preferred.
• Proven track record of leadership in technology, connectivity, or related fields, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior role.
• Deep understanding of decentralized finance (DeFi) concepts, blockchain technology, and the broader cryptocurrency ecosystem.

Strong technical proficiency in low latency communication protocols, network architecture, and software development.
Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams (10-30 people) and drive complex projects to successful completion.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders across diverse teams and geographies.
Passion for innovation and a strong commitment to advancing the possibilities of decentralized finance through technology.
