What you'll do:

We currently have an opportunity for a Head of Corporate Stores to join the Priceline Pharmacy team. Reporting to the General Manager - Customer Operations, the successful candidate will lead a highly engaged customer facing, store-based team across Australia whilst also driving trade execution and best practice customer centric retail.

We have some exciting changes on the horizon and this role will play a critical role in our growth ambitions across the network. In addition to growing top line sales, you will support the strategic initiatives and the change management associated with its implementation across the corporate store network of 70 stores currently across the network, and more to come

Other key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Ensure targets and key performance indicators are met across the network and provide input on strategic initiatives, while leading the implementation of these.
  • Delivery of all trade driving initiatives as determined by the Retail Trading plans.
  • Coaching of field teams, store teams and franchise partners.
  • Lead and drive engagement, consistency and performance across direct and indirect team.
  • Ensure field based operating model is aligned with current and future requirements.
  • Support GM Customer Operations in the delivery in all strategic initiatives.

What you'll bring:

The successful application will have a strong track record of leading field based and customer facing teams, ideally within a Retail environment. You will be a transformational and inspirational leader, who is not afraid to get up on stage and out in front of people both virtually and in real life. You will have extensive experience in dealing with high end products, with experience the beauty industry being highly advantageous. Coupled with your strong commercial acumen, you will have the ability assess and drive transformation and industry best practice through your highly influencing skills and ability to bring others on the journey.

In addition, your skills and attributes would include:

  • At least 15 years' experience within a Retail environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management experience across all levels.
  • Ability to develop and influence others through excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Engaging presenter both internally and externally.
  • Transformational leader who brings others on the journey whilst also developing and coaching individuals to self-manage.
  • High attention to detail and with excellent time management skills.
  • Bachelors degree in Business or a related field would be highly regarded.
