About The Role

Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a Head of Clinical Practice to work within our Quality, Safeguarding and Practice division.

As the Head of Clinical Practice you will lead a team of nurses in establishing standardised procedures and implementing best practices for recognising, screening, and addressing the complex health needs of Scope clients. The role will focus on improving safety and reducing harm by ensuring clients receive evidence-based clinical and psychosocial support.

About You

You will be an APHRA registered nurse, Division One with more than five years clinical experience, with extensive experience and knowledge in managing clients with multiple comorditidies and complex health care needs.

We are looking for someone with experience in leading clinical / allied health teams as well as knowledge of the complexity of intellectual, physical and multiple disabilities.
