Head Of Bars Establishment

Establishment is a dynamic and vibrant precinct with everything from hatted restaurants, an iconic main bar, to a subterranean speakeasy, we have all your entertainment needs covered in our historic CBD building.

Working closely with Operational leaders and Bar Teams the Head of Bars is responsible for, people, product, guest experience and business growth across multiple dining and beverage locations within the precinct.

Success in this role will come from proactively building and maintaining strong relationships across the business and precinct.

You will be accountable for the following:

Day to day operations of all Bars including but not limited to;
venue performance, presentation and cleanliness.

Establishing a collaborative and passionate culture within the teams with a focus on achievement of business priorities and product innovation.

Attracting and leading key talent through effective FOH people practices

Delivering revenue generation activities resulting in financial growth.

Driving guest engagement and recognition including VIPs and regular guests.

Effective financial management ensuring costs (COGS, Labour, CWD, stocktakes) are managed and sales budgets and profit expectations are met.

Supporting the senior teams with evaluating and cultivating supplier relations, compliance of supplier contractual agreements, product acquisition and brand partnerships

Ideally, you are:

3-5 years' experience in a comparable role within the hospitality industry, managing multiple venues with an F&
B focus.

A peopleleader with experience leading teams of different sizes.

A beverage professional with experience working with a large range of products.

A strong operator who enjoys being in service and delivering exceptional guest experience.

Truly passionate about the hospitality industry.
