The Head of Portfolio Management will be responsible for the asset management of energy storage, renewable energy and medium to large scale hydro storage investments. This includes engaging across the business and externally to senior stakeholders to facilitate the ongoing management of investment commitments and obligations with commercial rigour. As such, developing and maintaining constructive strategic and senior relationships will be critical.

Some of the key accountabilities will include:

• Develop and maintain key internal and external stakeholder relationships across lenders, other sponsors and regulators and maintain a cohesive and collaborative relationship with the investment team;
  
• Develop and manage a team of portfolio managers who will have responsibility for assessing and reporting on the progress, delivery and performance of, and provide recommendations to various stakeholders on complex greenfield infrastructure projects and investments;
  
• Manage the technical, commercial, regulatory, financial and stakeholder aspect of the investments within the portfolio;
  
• Contribute to the development of the Asset Management team's controls and processes to adopt industry best practice in the management and reporting of investments.

Key skills, knowledge, experience and qualifications:

• Banking and finance, investment/asset management or relevant corporate/advisory experience of at least 15 years across infrastructure, utilities or energy sectors.
• Experience in financing or managing large greenfield developments, major projects/construction or utility network experience.
• Significant experience in the following areas:
  corporate/project finance of major infrastructure projects;
  managing complex investments on behalf of investors.
