About the role
In your role as Cbus' Head of Advice, you'll be responsible for the strategy, management and delivery of Cbus Advice services to our members. This role plays a key part in helping Cbus drive better retirement outcomes for its members, thereby significantly improving member experience. This role will see you develop and implement Cbus' advice experience strategy, setting the performance metrics and where suitable reviewing and refining our advice offering. You will also work with internal departments to uplift the digital experience for our members and expand the channels through which our members access Advice.
In addition, you'll inspire and lead our inhouse operational advice team, managing the activity, performance, and quality of Cbus financial planners. You will drive a collaborative culture and empower your teams to ensure voices are heard. This role will see you as a Senior SME working with our Group Executive Member &
Employer Experience. You'll establish objectives, targets and KPIs for the Advice function and lead the function to deliver outcomes in line with the objectives, targets and KPIs.
About You
You will be a senior advice leader, with significant experience and passion for implementing and delivering a sound strategic advice strategy in a complex/operational environment. You will be fully qualified to deliver personal advice, and possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
You will have proven experience in implementing and improving collaborative cultures and positioning Advice as a Business Partnering function. You will have experience collaborating across business units to deliver digital function uplift related to advice access.
You'll bring a high level of integrity, maturity and strong personal and business ethics combined with sound judgement. Your strong knowledge of Financial Advice legislation, service delivery, administration, and trends will be key in this role. With this you're able to support and influence our Executive team, Board and relevant committees.
