We're opening a BRAND NEW GYG in Kogarah and are looking for a Restaurant Manager! At Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen, our mission has always been to reinvent fast-food. We’re Australia’s only fast-food restaurant to be 100% clean, meaning there are no added preservatives, artificial flavours, added colours or unacceptable additives in our food. Job Description
As the Restaurant Manager you will take ownership of the general running of the restaurant, elevate the customer experience from excellent to remarkable, develop the team through coaching and training opportunities and manage inventory and the financial aspect of the restaurant. You will be in control of, and have accountability for overall quality, adherence to procedures and financial performance of the restaurant.
We appreciate experience comes in many shapes and sizes, what we mean specifically is;
Experience leading a team within a busy, high volume hospitality environment
Experience delivering exceptional customer service
Exceptional communication skills
Prior experience with achieving KPIs and driving profitability
