We're seeking Graduate Dentists to help us make great smiles in Townsville.

The Opportunity

1300Smiles Townsville has a long-standing reputation with the community and surrounding with 6 practices within the town. There's a lot to do in this role- You'll be providing all round general dental services to all wonderfully loyal patients and have the opportunity to build further upon that based on clinical freedom.We're confident that the mentorship in practice, paired with our Clinical Development Program will set you up for a successful and enjoyable clinical career with Abano Healthcare. Following your first 6months with us, you will then be offered the opportunity to enter into a Facility Service Agreement offering 40% of generated revenue.

About You

You'll be the type of dentist who is warm, confident and approachable. People feel comfortable telling you their oral concerns, and you approach them through a positive, wellness-focused lens and a real sense of optimism.

Your attitude to patient care will be second to none - you're known for the way you handle patients and we're imagining that you're the kind of Dentist who knows how to create loyal, returning and referring patients!

What we're looking for in our NEW Dentist:

• Your dentistry skills are polished, and at a high industry standard;
  
• Ideally, you may have a specialist interest in either Ortho, Endo, and Implants;
  
• You'll have a current AHPRA registration with no restrictions
• You're an articulate communicator, and you're someone who has the innate ability to build rapport and trust quickly with your patients;
  
• You're a confident dentist with high levels of EQ and a proven track record of success in a similar role;
  And
• You are committed to providing an outstanding patient-led service
