General Manager - Sales & Revenue

We currently have the capacity to provide a home to 17,000 students (and are growing) and we don't simply provide a bed and roof;

ABOUT THE ROLE

As an integral member of our Senior Leadership Team, the role of General Manager - Sales &
Revenue is paramount inshaping our ongoing success. You will spearhead our efforts in attracting and retaining residents through strategic leadership of the Sales and Revenue teams, crafting comprehensive sales strategies-including pricing-and fostering collaboration with both on and offshore sales teams. This pivotal leadership position is tasked with architecting and implementing Scape's student sales, retail sales, and revenue strategies, ensuring our ability to exceed our ambitious revenue and occupancy targets.

This role based is in our Sydney CBD Head Office, 5 days per week.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

As the General Manager - Sales &
Revenue, you will be instrumental in defining and refining our path to success. Your strategic vision and analytical prowess will be the driving force behind our continued ascent.

To be considered for this role you will:

• Tertiary qualifications combined with previous similar experience in a complex environment, ideally in the real estate, accommodation, or hospitality industry
• Previous experience leading others to achieve strong outcomes and reach clear targets
• Excellent organisation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Innovative and creative
• Strategic and hands-on
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal communication skills
• Detail-orientated, efficient, and organised
• Ability to pivot and implement change
• Excellent analytical thinking skills with demonstrated problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
