THE POSITION

• Planning:
  Oversee the process, modelling, data validation and analysis to achieve accurate and driver-based forecasts supported by the right narrative.
• Reporting:
  Responsibility for the accuracy, timeliness and completeness of reporting requirements for Compass (across organizations).
• Performance:
  Business Partner to key operational stakeholders to drive insights and data-driven decisions. This includes the establishment of and monitoring of internal performance scorecards.
• Compliance /Governance:
  Oversight on governance and compliance around invoicing and contracts. This includes internal audits.
• Efficiency/ Productivity - Supporting efficiency and productivity initiatives in the operations by establishing effective controls, monitoring, and sharing best practices across the region.

THE PERSON

• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree and above in a Maths, Finance or Management field with professional work experience in a relevant field.
• Strong business partnering skills and ability to work closely with operations teams.
• Strong Data analysis skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a highly dynamic environment.
• Working knowledge of Google Docs and slides.
• Expert Level - MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment.
