We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to join us and support critical business activities relating to financial planning, analysis, reporting, and financial governance.

Reporting to our Head of Corporate Services, responsibilities include:

  • Lead processes for business segment budget and forecast, including planning tools and providing meaningful insights;
  • Participate as part of a cross-functional team to evaluate new business opportunities and contribute financial models for informed decision-making;
  • Responsible forunderstanding the numbers, results, variances, drivers, as well as the story behind the numbers and facilitating understanding among non-finance team members;
  • Assist with preparation of materials for company and board of directors presentations and reporting;
  • Collaborate with global finance teams to identify and adjust as required to points of difference for Australia GAAP, Australian tax, and the parent and subsidiary company relationship to ensure consistency, efficiency, and best practices are adopted and applied across finance operations.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar senior financial role within a multinational;
  • Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, CPA or CA, MBA or Certified Corporate FP&
    A Professional;
  • Strong demonstrated experience in report writing tools, ERP systems, budgeting software, and business intelligence tools;
  • Strong working knowledge of Australian GAAP and Tax Law;
  • Advanced Microsoft Office user of Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
