About the role

The Executive Assistant (EA) supports the Royal Prince Alfred (RPA) Hospital General Manager. This support comprises the provision of executive level administrative and day-to-day operational support in a dynamic and challenging environment.
In particular, this position is required to develop and maintain efficient office systems and procedures and ensure high professional standards. Executive Assistants may be required to rotate and provide administrative support to a range of directors and the Executive Support Unit.
We are looking for someone who has

  • Demonstrated experience in providing administrative and secretarial Executive support including a proven ability to operate efficiently in a challenging and high-volume environment ensuring confidentiality and discretion in issues management.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish work priorities, meet predetermined deadlines and commitments in a demanding environment with competing and changing priorities.
