We are seeking an aspiring leader who has the skills to work with a range of staff with little to senior experience, to deliver the school priority of a whole school approach to pedagogy, through a positive collegial approach. This person will mentor, coach and model effective strategies to support the teaching and learning of classroom teachers, specifically with early career teachers, to ensure strong systematic delivery of the Australian curriculum and improve student engagement.

About the Role:

  • Supporting teachers to implement agreed key pedagogical approaches.
  • Work with teachers to effectively cater to additional needs through effective adjustments.
  • Lead the development of whole-school, beginning teachers' program that incorporates strong induction processes alongside the Principal.
  • Line manages intervention programs that support the improvement of student learning outcomes.
