About the role
This is a newly created role to focus completely on Enterprise Resilience inline with APRA CPS230 standard. The company are looking for an SME level person who has prior experience within an APRA regulated business, expectation that you can come in and hit the ground running. You will work alongside a permanent resource and also the Head of Enterprise resilience, internal project managers and other internal stakeholders.

Duties
- Enterprise Resilience readiness to CPS230 standards
- Policy review and update
- Template development - BIA, BCP
- Internal stakeholder liaison - project teams etc
- Act as the SME for CPS230
Skills and experience
- To be successful in this role, you will need to have prior experience in Enterprise Resilience
- Experience within financial services businesses - APRA CPS230 standards in particular
- Extensive policy assessment and uplift
- BCP lifecycle experience
- Template creation for BIA and BCP
- Excellent communication skills
- Australian PR or Citizen
