Description
Align technology with the mission and strategic goals through the development and oversight of the Enterprise Architecture Roadmap. Lead in establishing and refining enterprise architecture practices to drive organisational improvement and technological excellence.

  • Develop and enhance enterprise architecture guidelines and roadmap.
  • Lead continuous improvement and governance of enterprise architecture.
  • Collaborate with IT and business leaders to implement technology strategy.
  • Foster a culture of learning and innovation across the organisation.
  • Establish current and target state architectures.
  • Implement EA processes, governance, and data framework.
  • Support strategic projects in M365, integration, and identity management.

Profile

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field such as Computing Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, providing a solid foundation in technical and strategic aspects of enterprise architecture.
  • Experience with Microsoft, G Suite, Tech One, Success Factors and Compass.
  • Proven experience in functional strategic and leadership roles, demonstrating the ability to develop and execute enterprise architecture strategies aligned with organisational goals and mission.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with a track record of effectively engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organisation to ensure alignment and support for enterprise architecture initiatives.
  • Proficiency in negotiation, conflict management, and interpersonal communication, essential for navigating complex organisational landscapes, resolving conflicts, and driving consensus on architectural decisions.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring enterprise architecture supports and enhances organisational objectives.
  • Experience in governance and compliance related to enterprise architecture, including establishing frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure adherence to standards and best practices.
  • Technical expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies (e.G., TOGAF, Zachman) to design and implement scalable and sustainable architecture solutions.
  • Analytical skills to assess current architecture, identify gaps, and propose improvements that drive efficiency, innovation, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Change management proficiency to facilitate organisational change associated with implementing new architectural frameworks and technologies.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with emerging trends and best practices in enterprise architecture and related technologies.
