Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Enterprise Account Director to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of 5 transacting enterprise-level accounts by building strong relationships, understanding their business needs, and identifying opportunities for upselling our services. Additionally, you will drive new business development by identifying and acquiring new logos, contributing to our expansion efforts.
Territories:

Mining, Facilities, Utilities - Australia wide

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned enterprise accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Gain a deep understanding of each client's business objectives, challenges, and opportunities to effectively position our services and solutions.
  • Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts, working closely with the pre-sales and delivery teams to develop tailored proposals and solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop strategic roadmaps for digital transformation initiatives aligned with their long-term goals.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and performance assessments to ensure client satisfaction and drive continuous improvement.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations on industry trends, best practices, and innovative solutions.
  • Effectively communicate account status, progress, and revenue forecasts to internal stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, qualifying, and closing new accounts.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets and expand our client base.
  • Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to build a strong pipeline of potential clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in account management and business development, preferably within the IT services or consulting industry, although this isn't essential.
  • Experience managing enterprise-level accounts and driving revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and new logo acquisition.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand complex client requirements and technology solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus.
