About the Role

As the Tech Lead, your mission is to lead the technical strategy and development of our Open Banking solutions. You will oversee the design and deployment of robust, scalable microservices and APIs that integrate smoothly with various internal and external systems to advance our digital banking services.

What will your day look like?

• Leading a team of engineers in building and refining our Open Banking platforms, focusing on Data Out aspects.
• Collaborating with product managers and other stakeholders to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
• Promoting best practices in software development, testing, and deployment, focusing on cloud-based environments.
• Mentoring team members, encouraging continuous learning and professional growth within a culture of excellence and innovation.

What will you bring?

Proven leadership capabilities with experience in leading technical teams in a fast-paced setting.

Expertise in back-end development, cloud solutions, and API design.

Proficiency in contemporary software engineering practices, with a strong grasp of microservices architecture and container technologies.

Excellent problem-solving abilities, capable of managing complex projects and encouraging innovation.

Superior communication skills, adept at mentoring others and fostering collaborative team environments.
