2 Fixed Term positions, 1 until April 2025 and 1 until December 2025

Working under general direction, the Educational Quality Officer will provide support in relation to the work undertaken in relation to the University's quality assurance framework. This role provides high level administration support for all aspects relating to program and curriculum development, accreditation and renewal in accordance with University policy and commonwealth legislation.

Key responsibilities of the role include:
coordination of program, unit and course reviews;
and service support andreporting to meet the needs of the University's quality assurance framework.

Education Quality staff provide services across multiple University locations including North Terrace, Waite and Roseworthy campuses, and as such this position may be required to work where needed.

To be successful you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience in leading quality assurance administration and customer service functions, preferably in a higher education environment, including developing and implementing quality improvement and best practice customer service culture.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret policies and procedures, including the ability to interpret external policies and guidelines and identify the potential impact on internal policies and procedures.
  • High-level organisational, administrative and time-management skills, including the ability to prioritise and manage work.
  • Demonstrated experience communicating, both verbally and in writing, in a succinct, professional and responsive manner to deliver client centric results including liaising with stakeholders in a culturally diverse environment.
  • Experience in information management, including competency across the full Microsoft office suite of programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to promote the organisational values of integrity, respect, collegiality, excellence and discovery, and a commitment to positively comply with the associated behaviour expectations.
