We're excited by the fact our team is continuing to expand. And, as we continue to grow, we're on the hunt for an Education Field Services - Team Leader who plays a key role in overseeing resourcing and staffing matters, managing ticket counts, and leading the training initiatives for their team.

Here's what you'll be doing:

• Strategically allocate resources based on workload and skill sets.
• Constantly reviewing resources to ensure they are the right fit for the role.
• Liaising and communicating with other departments to ensure any staff absence is back filled.
• Collaborate with Head of Managed Services for recruitment, ensuring the team is adequately staffed.
• Monitor and optimise ticket counts to maintain operational efficiency.
• Backfilling onsite when required.
• Design and implement comprehensive training programs for team members.
• Conduct regular skill assessments and identify areas for professional development.
• Create and maintain career development plans for individual team members.
• Liaise with other team leaders and departments for effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Liaise with various internal teams to obtain knowledge, and with Service Delivery Managers to keep stakeholders informed of progress.
• Strong leadership qualities and ability to motivate a wide variety of people associated with the work.

Here's what you'll bring:

• Strong experience in managing and leading teams.
• Broad range of knowledge of systems, network, cloud, Microsoft, and security products.
• A positive mindset with a 'can do' attitude.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven attention to detail.
• An enthusiastic open-minded approach to team leading.
• Ability to work under pressure while remaining focused.

Please note that all team members must have a valid state-based Working with Children Check (WWCC), Police check, and be authorised to work in Australia.
