Qualifications &
Experience

• 
  
• ACECQA approved ECT Degree
  
• Experience in a similar role will be an advantage
  
• Experience with A&
  R is an advantage
  
• Knowledge of the National Quality Framework &
  the EYLF
  
• Genuine interest in promoting children's learning and well-being
  
• Passionate about creating positive relationships with team members, children and their families
  

Tasks &
Responsibilities

• 
  
• Curriculum planning in collaboration with the team
  
• Supporting new team members
  
• Being familiar with the National Quality Framework &
  the EYLF
  
• Following our Reggio inspired philosophy and curriculum
  
• Planning intentional teaching experiences for the children
  
• Supporting inclusion and learning for all children
  
• Building and maintaining harmonious relationships with children, families, colleagues and community
