The Role:

This is a fast-paced role supporting the most dynamic Directors with over two decades of experience. As the 'go-to' person, this position will see you utilise your administration, time management, and organisational skills regularly. On a daily basis, your duties will include:
Position Summary:

Responsible for providing confidential administrative and executive support and related services to the Director. The role includes schedule management, coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, preparing reports and presentations, handling correspondence, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, coordinating the franchise recruitment team, as well as assisting with key projects and initiatives within the business.
Additionally, you will be responsible for managing execution of new franchise office documentation. This includes working closely with the selected legal team to preparate and manage. Documents and Franchise Agreements, prepare and manage franchise renewals, transfers, closures and variation documents. You will work as part of the Franchise Operations Team and support the growth team on their new office leads.
The Candidate:

As the successful applicant, you must demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, outstanding priority management, and the ability to handle any task. Our ideal candidate will also attribute:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • The ability to manage a high-volume workload
  • Proficiency in both independent work and collaborative teamwork
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Immaculate personal presentation
  • Confidence and maturity
  • Have experience in excel spreadsheets, attention to detail as well as some knowledge or willingness to learn contracts/legal documentation (for there franchise and satellite agreements/liaising with legal team/franchise code, etc.).
