About the role
A trusted adviser and reporting to the Chief People Officer, the Director, Talent, Organisational Development (OD) and Remuneration is a key member of the People &
Culture Leadership team. This role is responsible for leading the development of people frameworks, strategic initiatives and executing key programs to enhance the effectiveness, culture, and performance of the university. Working collaboratively within an operating model consisting of shared services, business partnering, and centres of excellence, the Director will oversee the service development and operational delivery of all Talent, OD, Diversity, Equity &
Inclusion (D,E&
OI), Engagement and Remuneration activity. Critical to success in this pivotal leadership role, is ensuring the delivery of activities within its portfolio are aligned with the University's mission, vision, and values and are contributing to its strategic objectives.
About you
You are a well-respected and experienced human resources professional with a track record of designing organisational development strategy, and developing talent and remuneration frameworks and programs. Emotionally intelligent and calm under pressure, your extensive stakeholder relationship management and engagement skills have been honed in complex service organisations. You are creative, resourceful and hands-on, and flex comfortably between the big picture and the delivery of culture improvement development programs.
