About the Role:
As the Director of Student Child and Family Connect you will lead a multi-disciplinary team to support vulnerable children, young people and families remain engaged or re-engage with education or transition to a viable pathway.
Responsibilities will include, but not limited to, leading the Metropolitan North Region's responses to Students in Care, Student Protection, Youth Justice and Youth Engagement Services as well as contributing to the broader regional response for multi-tiered student supports.
You will be adept at monitoring data, making evidence-based decisions, brokering cross-agency collaboration and maintaining high quality relationships with external stakeholders to support students whilst management risks and driving improvement in alignment with Equity and Excellence.
