Make your mark in this stand-alone statutoryauthority and lead a broad people and performancefunction reporting to the CEO.

The Lifetime Support Authority (LSA) is a statutoryauthority that administers the Lifetime SupportScheme (LSS), which provides necessary andreasonable treatment, care and support for peoplewho sustain serious injuries in a motor vehicleaccident on South Australian roads. The LSA usesa 'person-centred' approachto ensure that LSS participants are atthe centre of everything they do.
As a member of the executive team and reportingdirectly into the Chief Executive,the Director, People andPartnership is responsible forleading the functions of human resources, cultureand capability, work health &
safety andwellbeing, and communication &
Engagement. You will also oversee thedelivery of research, education and program grantfunding to strengthen the quality of servicesprovided to the participants in the LSS. With3 direct reports and circa 15 employees, you willlead and deliver the people strategy covering thedesign, implementation, management and continuousimprovement of programs and policies andinitiatives. Building constructivecollaborative relationships with a diverse range ofsenior stakeholders, you will influence, engage andprovide advice to activate strategies to ensure theorganisation is effective and efficient, whileensuring LSA is great place to work.
A contemporary leader of people and a strategicproblem solver, you will have experience navigatingcomplex environments with multiple stakeholders andbusiness needs. Pragmatic in your approach,you will be a key advisor in supporting leaders andstaff to adapt and thrive in an environment of highperformance, continuous improvement and ongoingchange. With sound organisational nous youwill have strong experience across strategicplanning, change and improvement, as well asgeneralist business skills across a range offunctions. A working knowledge and understanding ofthe disability sector or insurance like entitieswill be highly regarded.
