We aim to work with our parents to produce young people of faith and character. We are a Catholic Co-educational College in Tarneit, West of Melbourne with 1300 students.

Thomas Carr College is also a leading provider of VCE offshore delivery and opportunities exist for international travel as part of a mentoring role that attracts the generous time and financial allowance.

The Role

The Director of Student Wellbeing:
Positive Behaviours provides leadership and support to students, staff, and families in the areas of wellbeing, pastoral care, positive behaviours, and community engagement. This is achieved through sound policies, processes, programs, and procedures that adhere to Government and Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools requirements.

In accordance with the Catholic Education Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2022 (CEMEA), the salary range for all teaching staff is $78,801 - $116,894 as per the Schedule of Salary.

Positions of Leadership are paid an additional POL allowance as listed in the Position Description.
