Your opportunity:

• The Director of Nursing has the authority to manage the human and financial resources of the Patient Flow/Nursing Workforce, Bundaberg Hospital in accordance with the delegations of the position and the approved policies and procedures.
• Manage the operational delivery of clinical services for Patient Flow/Nursing Workforce, Bundaberg Hospital.
• Apply well developed clinical knowledge and skills to contribute to the strategic direction of the Patient Flow/Nursing Workforce, Bundaberg Hospital and to provide authoritative counsel to stakeholders.

You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $198,959 p.A., comprising salary $174,378 p.A., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (Nurse Grade 11) (Permanent Full Time, 76 hours p.F.)
