  • Progression to National Industrial Lead - available immediately for the right profile.
  • $180,000 - $280,000 for an experienced Director
  • $180,000 - $200,000 for an Associate Director looking to train into a Director role.

Industrial Valuations Director to take the lead of the Melbourne office &
for the right person, step immediately into the National Industrial Lead role for a major, Australian Valuations &
Property Advisory firm.

Full remit to run the Melbourne office without interference as you lead the division, build the team and deliver your strategic vision.

If you're an Associate Director ready to make the step up, they will provide you with the training, advice &
guidance to get you there.

Clients / Valuations:

  • Client facing - AREITs (really big trusts) clients
  • Asset values:
    institutional $100M+ (this firm is well known as a leader in the Institutional space - most of their work is here).
  • Existing assets and development feasibilities in the industrial space
  • Advisory - at Director level you are a trusted advisor to clients

Team:

  • Well established Melbourne team and client base. The Melbourne office currently has enough work to support several new hires under your watch with the opportunity to develop it further as you sink your teeth into the business.
  • National team to feed off.
