Libraries ACT mirrors the vibrancy of the community it serves, constantly re-inventing itself to meet community needs and expectations. We are now on the search for a Director of Service Delivery to lead a large team of library officers in the delivery of exceptional customer service.

Eligibility/ Other Requirements:
Tertiary qualifications in communications, stakeholder engagement or related disciplines will be well regarded.

Note:
A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months. This position will be moving to a new workplace designed for activity-based working (ABW). Under ABW arrangements, officers will not have a designated workstation/desk.
