Our client is a high-profile, international organisation with a successful corporate advisory, M&
A, and private equity practice.

About the role

As a result of continued growth, an opportunity has been created for a senior corporate lawyer to join our client's well-resourced team. Working closely with the lead client Partner, you will focus primarily on private M&
A and private equity transactions, in Australia and internationally. The team is currently working on deals in Australia, Europe, Asia, and Latin America.

You will be a senior leader in the practice. You will assist with the day-to-day management of a team of eight lawyers, including signing off on client matters and taking a lead role on complex transactions.

About you

You will be an experienced corporate lawyer with 10-15+ years' PQE and a track record in a senior leadership role. You may currently be an experienced Senior Associate, Special Counsel or senior in-house lawyer looking for a transactionally focused role with a strong deal pipeline.

You may have experience in transactional matters such as private M&
A, private equity investments/exits or capital markets, in addition to experience in corporate advisory and structuring experience.
